IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL, ACCREDITED TO LEVEL 2, £25,000 - £32,000 + BONUSES, TYNE & WEAR. New opportunity to join a firm that offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, employee discounts, and the chance to work entirely remotely. JOB REF: 1405

•The appointed paralegal will provide comprehensive legal support in immigration cases, advising clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other matters, from the initial stage through representation at immigration tribunals.

•The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker and be responsible for preparing and submitting applications, statements, and supporting documents.

•Advocacy experience would be ideal but not required, and you should have a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes, the ability to manage a high caseload and multiple matters, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
