THE ROLE: A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving Corporate & Commercial team. Known for its strong client relationships and pragmatic approach, the team regularly competes with and outperforms national firms on quality, service, and client satisfaction. The team advises a broad mix of clients from owner-managed businesses to large corporates and is particularly well known for its expertise in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. You will:

• Lead or support on M&A transactions, share and asset sales, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters
• Take a hands-on role in managing client relationships and coordinating deal teams
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate legal documents
• Be involved in business development and nurturing of referral networks

THE CANDIDATE:

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years experience in corporate law
• Solid experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a client-focused, solutions-driven approach
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Interest in business development and building professional networks
