Employment Solicitor, 1–4 Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is looking to build their career advising a wide range of clients across the health and care sectors. JOB REF: 0758

THE ROLE:
• You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters and play a hands-on role in complex litigation and advisory work
• You will manage your own varied caseload
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams on employment law aspects of wider corporate or commercial transactions
• Providing day-to-day advice on employee relations, contracts, policies, equalities obligations, and TUPE
• Supporting client training and business development initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 1–4 years PQE with broad employment law experience (ideally including health and care sector exposure)
• Capability to advise on TUPE, restructures, redundancies, and senior exits
• Excellent drafting skills (contracts, policies, settlement agreements, etc.)
• A collaborative, team-first attitude and genuine passion for client care
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and flexible.
