COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, 12 -18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, GREATER LONDON, £45,000 - £55,000 FTE. Become part of a dynamic legal team in a supportive and collaborative environment. •You will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, business asset sales, auction transactions, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters, pension scheme property dealings, Land Registry applications, and advising management companies.

• Your day to day responsibilities will include handling leases, renewals, licences to assign, subletting and alterations, surrenders, serving Section 25 notices, and providing support with adverse possession claims.

• Applicants must have a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating excellent technical expertise, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, and a robust background in commercial property.

•The firm offers 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000, and a friendly and collaborative working environment.
