Family Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £50,000+ (DOE) – Are you a skilled and motivated Family Solicitor looking to join a progressive, client-focused law firm? JOB REF:0446.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied and stimulating caseload including cohabitation issues, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Deliver consistently high standards of client service and professional advice
• Drive improvements and innovation in service delivery
• Actively contribute to marketing and business development initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE in a wide range of family law matters
• Ability to manage a busy and complex caseload efficiently
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to build and retain profitable client relationships
• A proactive, approachable attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
