Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £55-60,000. The appointed candidate will be joining a highly regarded residential property practice, dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The firm are accepting applications from experienced Licensed Conveyancers and / or Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

• You must have an excellent understanding of property law and the associated conveyancing processes, covering both freehold and leasehold matters. Proven experience handling issues related to the Building Safety Act (BSA) is essential.

• You will be responsible for managing a wide range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion, working with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, motivation, and a strong commitment to client care.

• You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be willing to support the supervision of the team, and demonstrate strong business development capabilities.
