Personal Injury Solicitor, Newly Qualified, West Yorkshire, circa £37,000 DOE. This is a new opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 0377

• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitors looking to secure an opportunity to further their career in this area of law.
• You will manage your own caseload and gain hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, client-focused environment.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include pre- and post-litigated Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims from inception to settlement
• You will draft legal documents including submissions for OIC and MOJ portals, witness statements, schedules of loss, and correspondence
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
