OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing a caseload of criminal defence matters
•The cases will range from police station representation and magistrates’ court advocacy to trial preparation and duty solicitor responsibilities
•Applications are open to Duty Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
•The firm are seeking candidates with experience managing their own caseload of criminal matters and conducting your own advocacy
•An essential requirement is prior experience representing clients in both Magistrates' Court proceedings and at the Police Station
