Litigation Solicitor

Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – Are you a driven litigation solicitor or experienced fee earner looking to take the next step in your career? This could be the opportunity for you. JOB REF:9552.

THE ROLE:
• Working alongside the Head of Department and a team of experienced fee earners, you will assist with an existing caseload while also handling your own files.
• High-quality caseload including:
o High-value and complex commercial litigation
o Property and landlord & tenant disputes
o Professional negligence, title rectification, trusts, insolvency, and more
• A collaborative and ambitious department with strong growth plans

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with proven litigation experience
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong team player with a confident, professional approach
