Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £50,000+ (DOE) - This is a unique opportunity to join a well established and highly regarded practice handling a unique caseload whilst simultaneously delivering a really high standard pf service to the firm’s clients. JOB REF:9393.

• Committed to providing a high standard of service to clients, this reputable leading national practice is looking to hire an experienced contentious probate specialist to come in and hit the ground running.
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE in contested probate and court of protection matters.
• You will be responsible fir a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters.
• Working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 would be advantageous.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
