OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Private Client lawyer will be expected to run caseloads with numerous private client matters
•Your caseload will consist of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney
•You will be expected to provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
•This requires staying informed about relevant laws and regulations, fostering strong client relationships and providing legal services customised to each client's unique needs
•The firm are looking for qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3-5 years’ experience
•You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law
•The appointed candidate will be immediately available to cover maternity leave for circa 12 months
