THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established law firm with multiple offices. Based in Bedfordshire, this role offers the chance to become part of a highly regarded team, delivering high-quality legal services to a broad range of clients. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a full spectrum of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload independently while providing expert advice with a client-focused approach. There is also the opportunity for career progression within the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private client work
• The ability to manage your own caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• STEP membership or working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.
