Employment Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive remuneration package – This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning regional law firm. This firm has grown substantially over recent years and has offices throughout the South-East. JOB REF:8857.

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking to secure a new opportunity.
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload to include recruitment, termination, discrimination, contract disputes, unfair dismissal, sickness absence, grievances, redundancies, TUPE, performance concerns and disciplinary proceedings.
• The role will also involve business development, providing training and guidance to HR and management on employment law topics, and supervision of junior members of the team.
• Prior experience of managing your own employment tribunal claims and / or providing corporate support would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team.
