Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Uxbridge, £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable team. JOB REF: 8835

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE looking to secure a new opportunity.
• You will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, property investment and management, lettings, developments, and property finance.
• You will be confident and capable of drafting and negotiating leases and all leasehold documents, negotiating agreements for the sale and purchase of land and investigating title to properties, identifying key issues affecting title and preparing reports to the client
• It is essential that you have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm.
• You will be a self-starter who is able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivations coupled with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
• You will also have the ability to develop and maintain good client relationships offering the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
