Residential Development Solicitor, 1-3 Years PQE, Guildford, £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Residential Development Solicitor to this nationally renowned team based in Guildford. JOB REF: 8799.

• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE to further their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential development matters, including site set up work, freehold and leasehold schemes, and residential and mixed-use schemes.
• You will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the development process, from initial negotiations to completion.
• It is essential that you have experience in site set up work, freehold and leasehold schemes, and residential and mixed-use schemes and knowledge of relevant property law, planning regulations, and construction issues.
• You will have strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• You will also have attention to detail, be proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
