OVERVIEW:
•You will handle a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases, medical, dental, and other clinical injuries
•Candidates must have a strong understanding of medical negligence and the ability to manage cases with confidence and expertise
•The appointed solicitor will have the ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding
•Applications are open to qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 2 – 3 years’ PQE
•Experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence
