Property Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE), Full-time or Part-time – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor looking to secure a new opportunity. JOB REF: 8531.

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience within Property Litigation, both residential and commercial.
• You will join a friendly and supportive team and will receive ongoing training.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Access to a car is preferable, as there could be travel between offices.
• Flexible and hybrid working options available.
• Part time candidates will also be considered for this role.
