Due to continued expansion, this firm is looking for a Solicitor with a circa 5 years’ PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive.
The busy residential conveyancing department manages a broad range of matters including
o re-mortgages,
o shared ownership schemes,
o transfer of equity, and
o lease extensions.

You will be responsible for supervision of your own team of two people, with potential to grow and develop the team further.
Generous bonuses available on hitting agreed targets.
Hybrid working available.
