THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking a lawyer to join their busy property team who is confident and keen to assist with contributing to the growth of the department. The role will involve acting for a wide range of clients on commercial property matters, including freehold sales and purchases, lease assignments, leases (landlord or tenant), and commercial refinancing.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and demonstrate strong technical expertise, as well as a proactive and enthusiastic approach to business development and networking. Excellent attention to detail, robust compliance and risk management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
