Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing

LEGAL ASSISTANT – RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING, CIRCA 6 MONTHS FTC, 12 MONTHS + EXPERIENCE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, £24,000 - £26,000 FTE. This role is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team, providing essential support in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. JOB REF: 8390

•The appointed Legal Professional will assist 1 or 2 fee earners in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

•Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of communication within the firm, ensuring effective communication between conveyancing Fee Earners, clients, and internal administrative staff concerning both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Transactions.

•Applications are open to legal professionals with at least 12 months of experience, as well as prior experience working in legal environments working alongside solicitors.

•This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 6 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

•You will have exceptional administrative skills with keen attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
