Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 1-3 Years’ PQE, Berkshire, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for 2025 for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor. JOB REF:8363.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• This impressive team act for clients ranging from start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Joint Ventures and Insolvency and Restructuring .
• You will establish and maintain contact with relevant third parties and ensure good working relationships with referrers and other external contacts.
• You will be well organised and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills so that work is prioritised and progressed as efficiently as possible
