Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor, 3-8 Years PQE, London, £Excellent + Benefits – You will join a multi-award-winning law. JOB REF: 7633.

• Applications are sought from Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitors with between 3-8 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters, delivering bespoke solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• You will also be expected to advise on restructuring strategies, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in court, and collaborate with financial advisors and regulatory authorities.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
