Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 3+ PQE, West Midlands, £65,000 - £85,000 - This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm, offering long term career development opportunities. JOB REF:7470.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will manage a broad caseload of commercial litigation cases and assist Partners with more complex high value business critical commercial disputes.
• Your caseload will include commercial contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, IT contract disputes, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, defamation claims, general reputation management advice and warranty and indemnity claims
• With a reputation of attracting the very best solicitors, this firm have a clearly defined strategy of continuous growth and development.
