Pertemps Stoke are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our client’s growing team in Stoke-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities for this Production Operative role:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assist in quality control by inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Handle, store, and manage raw materials safely and effectively, following health and safety guidelines.
• Support warehouse and dispatch functions, including loading and unloading, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support a safe and efficient environment.

Skills required for this Production Operative role:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Good attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) license would be an advantage, though not essential.

Details of this Production Operative role:

• Monday to Friday 8:00-16:15
• Location: Stoke-on-Trent
• Hourly rate: £11.44PH
• Temporary to permanent role
