Job Description

Transport Coordinator required for ongoing full time work based in Avonmouth, BS11

£12.50 per hour
Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700, Fridays 0830 – 1630

30 minute break - 40 working hours a week
Overtime at time and one third for hours worked above basic hours Monday – Friday
Overtime at time and a half on Saturday and double time for Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Less than 5 minutes’ walk from Portbury park-and-ride or free parking on site

Planning routes for drivers

Speaking to customers 48 hours before delivery to confirm and check access.

Processing orders for next day delivery
General administration duties

The right candidate

Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Confident using a computer and digital systems
Prior experience in a similar role – admin, logistics admin, transport planner etc
