FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Runcorn WA7 3BE
Salary: £14 p/h plus £100 attendance bonus each quarter to qualifying staff. (O/T £17.50 per hour after
182 hours worked within each calendar month)
Hours of Work: Any 4-5 shifts out of 7. This role will include working weekends and a mixture of days
and nights. Shift hours are 07:00 to 19:00/ 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Type: Temp ongoing with the potential to go perm.

Job Duties:

• Accurate, safe, and timely loading and unloading of goods in line with company policies and
• standard operating procedures
• A successful candidate will also be required to work on a production line unloading pallets of
• stock and labelling them.
• Handballing products and placing goods in the designated areas whilst ensuring accuracy.
• Checking the goods delivery against the delivery paperwork.
• General housekeeping duties.

Essential Requirements:

• FLT Counterbalance certificate (RTITB/ITSAAR or Inhouse).
• At least 2-year experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck
• At least 2 years experience using a PPT or LLOP truck
• Desirable to have used clamp attachments.
• Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
• Flexible to working days, nights, and weekends as part of a weekly rota.
• Attention to detail.
• A "Can Do" attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the organisation both informally and formally through
