Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery efficiently to ensure smooth production
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment to prevent downtime
- Quality control – ensuring products meet industry standards
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating when necessary
- Following health & safety regulations and maintaining a clean work space
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You:
- Experience working as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of machinery and production processes (preferably in food or beverage manufacturing, but not essential)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Flexible to work shifts and overtime as needed, evenings and weekends

Shift Pattern:
4 x Days - 6am - 6pm - followed by 4 rest days.
4 x Nights - 6pm - 6am -  followed by 5 rest days.

Pay:
Competitive salary – potential earnings of £40,000+  per annum
Days : £13.00 per hour
Nights: £15.60 per hour
Weekends and Bank Holidays: Up to £34.16 per hour
