Temp-Perm contract - Immediate Start
Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
37 hours per week + Time 1/4 Overtime after 37 hours
 
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) Driver to join our client’s team. Operating within a large warehouse, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift truck to move goods ready for dispatch. The role involves loading, unloading, and storing products, as well as ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) to move, load, and unload goods.
• Organise stock and manage inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Ensure the safe handling and storage of goods.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT license (Counterbalance).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is ideal.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
