Assembly Operative

We have a brand-new position available for a Production Operative to join an already successful team based near Woodhall Spa. Our client is an expert in their field and can offer fantastic career progression, training opportunities and long-term secure employment. Working in the workshop you will be required to make a wide range of bespoke wooden children’s furniture from instructions provided by your manager.

This role will involve using hand tools including routers, drills, saws, and other woodworking machinery.
 
What will I be expected to do? 

• Quality check components
• Follow instructions & drawings provided.
• Run machinery and equipment, including, CNC machines.
• Assemble wooden furniture using a variety of hand tools.

 
What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
• Proven ability to work using own initiative.
• The ability to communicate well with other team members and management.
• Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.

 
What hours will I be working?
The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 15:30pm.

How much will I be paid?
You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
