Homeowner Services Officer📍 Eastleigh 
🕒 3-Month Temporary Contract 
⏱  37 Hours/wk
💷 £18.70 per hour 

We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties
• Handling service charge enquiries
• Investigating and resolving lease breaches
• Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams
• Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement

About You:

• Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
• Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
• Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
