  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with long service recognition and festive shutdowns.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth, including in-house mentoring and coaching.
  • Competitive salary with regular review and benchmarking.
  • Company pension scheme and health cash plan.
  • Support for professional membership fees.
  • Family-friendly policies and benefits.
  • Cycle-to-work scheme, season ticket loans, and on-site parking (excluding London).
  • Fully expensed team-building and social events.
  • Death-in-service benefit and early finish incentives.
  • Volunteer leave allowance (up to 2 days) and wellness programs.
  • Employee referral scheme and working groups to shape company culture.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Degree or master’s in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
  • Chartered or working towards Chartered status with CIBSE (preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong technical understanding, problem-solving, and project management skills.
