We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a busy projects team on a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This Project Coordinator role will involve supporting installation projects from start through to completion, ensuring projects remain on track and stakeholders are kept informed throughout.

This is a varied Project Coordinator position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks, and supporting successful project delivery across several departments and site teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include:

  • Inputting and updating client enquiries within the CRM system, tracking projects from quotation through to completion and invoicing
  • Coordinating with internal departments, subcontractors, and site teams to support smooth project delivery
  • Raising purchase orders, gathering project costs, and assisting with planning and scheduling activities
  • Preparing RAMS documentation and maintaining accurate project records
  • Communicating project updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attending planning meetings and supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination
  • Ensuring project documentation is updated accurately and maintained in line with company procedures

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this Project Coordinator role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Projects Administration role
  • Ideally experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or another site-based environment
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage project information and updates
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects progressing to schedule
