Key Responsibilities:

identify the correct insurance cover required as a Account Manager
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations as a Account Manager
Identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion.
Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Proven Record of a client base to work with

Proven experience in account management or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset as a Account Manager
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Insurance industry knowledge and experience
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities as a Account Manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience as a Insurance Account Manager
