Job Description
The Role:
This is a high-impact position focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to take ownership of the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across key market sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Develop tailored proposals and technical solutions for customers
- Identify market trends and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- A proven track record in sales – particularly in technical, industrial, or engineering markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach
- Experience in linear motion or mechanical transmission components is a distinct advantage
- Self-motivated and confident with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
