Job Title: Receptionist (Adhoc)
Location: Harrogate
Job Type: Temporary Assignment

• 19th March
• 14th - 17th April

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate:

• £11.44 per hour (until 31st March)
• £12.21 per hour (from 1st April)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and professional Adhoc Receptionist to cover our reception desk on the specified dates. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanour
