Location: Meriden, West Midlands ( office based no hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Junior Digital Marketing Executive key duties include:

• Assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Managing and updating content across websites and social media platforms
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and CRM database management
• Conducting competitor research and industry trend analysis
• Helping with paid advertising activities (PPC, social ads)
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed

The successful Junior Digital Marketing Executive will have the following skills and experience:-

• A genuine passion for digital marketing and eager to learn all aspects of the marketing departments.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience)
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Some experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus!
