Job Description
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Location: Alcester (must drive due to location)
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform general office and administrative duties such as filing, handling post, managing emails, and data entry
- Answer telephone calls and manage door duties efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in team meetings when required
- Print Route Cards and Manufacturing packs
- Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs), including chasing, sorting, scanning, and filing documentation
- Support production control routines and assist in operational processes
- Raise purchase requisitions and change requests
- Collate and analyse data to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
