Mechanical Engineer - £40,000 + Rotating Shifts
Location: Dudley
Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a growing team in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, well-established manufacturing environment, offering long-term stability and excellent earning potential.

What You'll Do:

" Carry out mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on production machinery
" Perform planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
" Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
" Work closely with engineering and production teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety
" Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively across the site

What We're Looking For:

" Mechanical engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
" Strong hands-on maintenance experience within manufacturing or a similar environment
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team
" Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
" Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Salary & Shifts:

" £40,000 per year
" Two-shift rotation: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
" Overtime opportunities available
