Dudley | Full-Time, Permanent
£16 – £19 per hour
Hours: Mon – Thurs: 7:30am – 4:45pm, Fri: 7:30am – 3:00pm (early finish!)
Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Setter with a passion for precision engineering?

Your Role:
- Set, operate, and maintain CNC lathes for precision component manufacturing
- Program and operate Fanuc or Mazak lathes
- Work with twin turret/twin spindle configurations
- Operate Star M32 sliding head lathes (desirable)
- Conduct routine maintenance and fault diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator
- Proficiency with Fanuc or Mazak controls and machinery
- Confident working with twin turret/twin spindle setups
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
