Location: South Bristol
Salary: £26,984.36 - £27,810.00 (dependant on experience)
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 (required to work alternate Saturdays, paid at overtime rate)

Holiday Entitlement:
You will receive 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).

Main Duties

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

Accurately and efficiently ordering parts for stock and for internal and external customers via phone or face-to-face interactions.

Maintaining stock levels in line with demand and dealer standards.

Producing invoices for all sales and ensuring payment is received before releasing parts.

Handling customer queries, problems, and complaints, working to resolve issues to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the business without escalation.

Skills Required

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to process detailed information while continuously updating product knowledge.

Experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and performance goals.
