Job Description

Are you looking to kick start your career in administration? Our Central Bristol client is looking for a Full-Time Renewals Administrator to join their team. No extensive experience is required as full training will be provided!
If you are enthusiastic, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Duties:
  • Update and monitor renewal reminders, including overseas reminders and data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while checking draft invoices.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.

Skills Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
