I am seeking a customer focused and proactive Sales Administrator to join my client’s team in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the sales function.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing order processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage.
Duties:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Liaise with customers via email and phone to resolve queries
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update records and documentation
- Support the returns and replacements process in line with company policy
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRMs
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
- A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
