What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Coordinating shipments across ocean collection to delivery
• Liaising with overseas offices and agents to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
• Hands-on experience in ocean freight (Import or Export)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for logistics
