Basic Pay Rate: Up to £40,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00


Role Overview

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our client based in Eastleigh.
You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse processes, managing performance and motivating the team.
Our client offers either a Permanent or a temporary to permanent contract, based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities

• ‎Lead and manage the warehouse team
• Set and communicate daily objectives and drive performance
• Holding 1-1s and managing performance
• Ensuring team are compliant with H&S regulations

 
Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse management experience is a must
• Good communication skills
• Experience in supporting the delivery of business improvement
