Role: Service Administrator
Pay: £30,000 - £32,000 k (DOE) + Company benefits
Hours: 37 hour paid week, Monday to Friday days (flexible start times
Location: Runcorn (WA7)
Contract: Permanent


Our client, a market leading company based in the Runcorn area are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their growing team.

Duties of a Service Administrator:

" Address customer inquiries through email correspondence
" Evaluate new orders and generate appropriate quotes
" Update and manage job cards (both new and completed) within the companys CRM systems and SAP
" Handle invoices and resolve any discrepancies
" Organise travel arrangements for the engineering departments
" Prepare and submit monthly reports with precision and efficiency
" Ensure accurate data entry on SAP portals to support seamless operations


Experience of a Service Administrator:

" Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
" Proficient user of SAP
" Excellent customer service skills
" Strong prioritising and organisation skills
" Capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
" Skilled at multi-tasking
